JWB throws “Ripe” event in Orange County

The Jacksonville Wealth Builders team threw it's inaugural "out of market" Buying Tour on Saturday, April 30th in Irvine, CA. The event was a huge success as investors took action to acquire 4 Jacksonville turnkey rentals. Our team spoke to a room of highly motivated investors at the Marriott Irvine.
The day started with myself and Gregg Cohen prepping our investors about the incredible buying opportunity in front of them and ended with group picture as we all lept towards our goals. Jacksonville real estate expert, Alex Sifakis, blew investors away with his presentation on the Jacksonville market and the incredible cash flow returns it offers.
As the team boards the red eye back east on Saturday night, we'd like to take a minute to thank all of our investors hailing from 5 countries and 16 states. We are committed to your success and appreciate the opportunity!
